this technique is used to relieve chronic tension patterns
throughout the body. It also uses long strokes but combines
it with deep pressure finger pressure on areas that are

SWEDISH MASSAGE
The name does not imply the country but a
specific type of massage that uses long strokes, kneading and
friction on the superficial layers of muscles, combined with both
active and passive joint movements. |
STRETCHING
Muscles are manually
manipulated to ensure complete stretching. Various types of
stretching are incorporated into the sessions to target specific
issues, based on the clients' needs. |
REIKI Reiki
therapy is the process of healing using the power of energy. Reiki
therapy works by transferring energy from the practitioner and
directing it towards the patient. |
MASSAGE
CUPPING Through suction
and negative pressure, massage cupping releases rigid soft tissue;
drain excess fluids and toxins; loosen adhesions and lift
connective tissue; and bring blood flow to stagnant skin and
muscles. |
CRANIO-SACRAL MASSAGE
Finding and correcting cerebral and spinal
imbalances or blockages to sensory, motor, or intellectual
function is the role of this technique. |
NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY
Often used to deal with pain, this
technique uses concentrated finger pressure to areas or "trigger
points" that are painful or irritated areas in muscles.

Sports Massage Therapy: Maintenance and Event. Maintenance
is on-going massage that is used to help the athlete reach optimal
performance by keeping her/him injury-free during training.
